2. Reading notes. Notes and pairing lines describe typical family practice — a map, not a law — and nothing here is dietary or medical advice.
3. Accuracy. Notes are provided "as is" and may be corrected as the drawer evolves.
4. Sharing. Text and design belong to the publisher. Personal, non-commercial reading, printing and linking — including the printable notes — are welcome. Substantial republication requires prior written permission and credit.
5. Fair use. No disruption of the site and no automated access beyond ordinary human use.
